Delivery day
Buy a spa online or from a big box store and it turns up on a truck. They set it down on your driveway, and that is where they leave it. Getting it into the backyard becomes your problem.
Even most local dealers stop short of finishing the job. They will place the tub, fit the steps and go. That leaves you to find an electrician, fill it yourself and work out the chemicals alone.
Our crew stays on site until it is fully operational. That means the final electrical connection, the fill, the startup chemicals and a walk through all of it. The people doing that have been delivering spas in this valley for decades.
Built honestly
Every jet passes through a hole in the shell, and those holes are drilled by a robot so each one comes out square and clean. A hole drilled by hand can micro crack, and a crack around a jet is where trouble starts years later.
The shell itself is laminated twice, which is what keeps it from warping or sagging as it ages. A shell that changes shape stops sealing properly around every jet body in it.
The pumps are honest too. On our 220 volt models that is three horsepower continuous duty. That is why they want a 60 amp circuit when much of the industry asks for 50. Plenty of companies quote a bigger number by measuring it a friendlier way, and we would rather just tell you the real one.
You feel it, not just hear it
Speakers bolted to a spa cabinet sound exactly like speakers bolted to a spa cabinet. This one is different, because the transducers are mounted to the back of the shell and the water itself carries the sound.
You cannot really look around and work out where it is coming from, because you are sitting inside it. It is the kind of thing people try once and then talk about for years afterwards.
