Sometimes. The newer lots are shallow, and a nineteen foot spa needs real depth behind the house. We measure first and tell you straight if it will not work.
For most models yes, because they run on a dedicated 220 volt circuit. One model plugs into a standard household outlet instead. Check any local requirements with the city yourself before you order.
