Verrado was designed to look a certain way, and people here care about that. A spa on the patio becomes part of the picture.
So we bring the actual color chips and cabinet samples to your house. You hold them against your paving and your paint, in daylight.
Verrado hot tubs are a design decision as much as a therapy one. Every spa is built to order after you pick, so the choice is real.
Eight hot tubs and four swim spas. Shells and cabinets both come in a choice of colors, and we bring the samples.
Homes here sit close to the street, with porches out front and the living space behind. Back yards are private but often compact.
So most Verrado hot tubs land in the three to six person range rather than a full length swim spa. We will tell you straight which one your yard can take.
The ground climbs as you go west toward the White Tank Mountains. A yard on a slope changes the base, so we look before anything is ordered.
Many homes here have the garage off a rear alley. That alley is often the easiest way in, and it saves squeezing past the house.
We check the alley width, the gate and anything overhead on the day we visit. Then the plan is settled long before delivery.
If the alley will not work, the side route is the fallback. Our crew brings the gear either way, then fills the spa and starts it.
Often that is the best route, and we will say so once we have measured it. What matters is the alley width, the gate opening and any wires or branches over the top.

We cannot speak for them, but we can give you the details in writing. That means the footprint, the height, where the power runs and how our crew gets in. You hand that over and ask them.
Sometimes. Swim spas start at thirteen feet, so the yard has to take the length and the route in has to be wide enough. The in-home visit answers it in about ten minutes.
