The process
Most of buying a hot tub is waiting. We took the waiting apart and put communication in its place. Here is exactly how it goes.
Start to finish
Four to six of those weeks are production, because your spa is built after you order it.
Call us or send the form. We take appointments seven days a week, including evenings. Tell us roughly what you are after and who will use it.
One of our people comes to you. We look at the space, the gate and your power, and answer whatever you ask. You get a written price before we leave, and nothing is owed for the visit.
Pick your model, your shell color and your cabinet, with a cover to match. Then we take the deposit and write the order.
We place orders with the factory once a week. Order on Tuesday and you are in Wednesday's batch. Miss it and you go in the following week, so the order date matters.
Every week you get an email. It says which stage your spa has reached, and it carries a photo of your spa in your colors moving down the line.
Our crew unwraps it in your yard, sets it, connects it, fills it and starts it. Then they walk you through running it before they leave.
The weekly email
In this business the usual pattern is simple. You spend a large sum, then you hear nothing for over a month.
The next call you get is someone asking if your electrical is ready. Often it is not, because nobody told you it needed to be.
We send an email every week from the day you order. You see the stage your spa has reached and a photo from the production line.
Our customers love to share and boast about the progression of their spa in production.
Your side of the job
A spa cannot be delivered until the pad is poured and the electrical run is finished. Those two jobs are yours to arrange.
We tell you exactly what is needed at your visit, in writing. Then the weekly emails keep nudging you as the date gets closer.
That gentle reminder is deliberate. It is why our customers are ready on delivery day instead of scrambling.
One model in the hot tub line runs on a standard 110 volt outlet. If you want to skip the wiring entirely, ask us about it.
No showroom
A showroom is expensive. The rent, the lights and the floor staff all land in the price of every spa on the floor.
It also puts you in the worst place to make the decision. A tub looks different in a big lit room than it does in your yard.
So we come out with the models, the color samples and the specifications. You get one person's full attention.
We measure your gate and your pad while we are there. That way nobody finds out on delivery day that it will not fit.
Plan for about an hour. We sit at your table, ask what you want the spa for, and talk through sizes.
Then we walk the yard, check access and power, and show you the color combinations. You get a written price and a straight answer on timing.
There is no obligation and no follow-you-around sales floor. If it is not the right time, that is a fine answer.
About six to seven weeks. Four to six of those weeks are production. The rest covers the factory order, shipping and scheduling your delivery.
Because you choose the model and the colors. Nobody is trying to talk you into whatever happens to be in a warehouse.
A little. Orders go to the factory once a week, so signing earlier in the week can save you several days. Having your pad and electrical done early protects the delivery date.
No. You get our time, a full walk of your space, and a written price with no obligation attached to it.
We will tell you that at the visit rather than after you have paid. Sometimes a smaller model solves it, and sometimes the honest answer is no.
For most models, yes. They run on a 220 volt, 60 amp circuit that has to be installed before we deliver. One plug and play model runs on a standard outlet instead.
Premier valet service is included for the first three months, so your water is looked after while you learn the spa. After that our own service team stays your point of contact.
Tell us about your yard and who will be using it. We will bring the right options to your door at a time that works for you.
