Most people start by driving to a store and walking past a row of tubs. You learn very little that way. A tub on a showroom floor tells you nothing about whether it fits your yard.
We do it the other way around. One of our people comes to your house at a time you pick. They measure your space, look at your gate and your pad, and show you the models that actually work there.
You get a written price before we leave. We sell hot tubs in Mesa this way on purpose, because nobody should sign for one without seeing it in their own space first.

East of Power Road the houses are newer and the yards are tighter. Those lots often have a narrow side run between the house and the block wall, which is the part we need to measure.
Up toward Red Mountain and Las Sendas the ground starts to slope. A hillside lot can still take a spa, but the pad and the route in both need thinking about first.
Access matters more than the size of your patio. The spa has to clear a gate, pass a block wall, and go under any wires or eaves along the way.
Our crew walks that route before you order, not on delivery day. If a gate post has to come out or a panel needs lifting, you hear it early and it stops being a surprise.
