This page explains what this website collects, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to describe this site specifically, not websites in general.

This policy covers francisjordanhottubs.com and the forms on it. The site is operated by Francis Jordan Hot Tub Company, LLC, an independent Garden Leisure dealer serving the Phoenix metro.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We use it to answer you and to arrange your visit.
There are two forms on this site. One is the in-home visit request. The other is the contact step at the end of the Spa Match quiz.
Between them, the fields we ask you to fill in are:
If you use the quiz, we also keep your quiz answers and the three spas it matched you with, so we can talk about the right models when we call.
Along with what you type, each submission carries a few technical details. We use these to route your request and to avoid contacting you twice.
The extra details are: whether you checked the text message consent box, the web address of the page you submitted from, the date and time you submitted, and how you first reached the site. That last one is the website that sent you here, or the campaign tags on an ad link, or a note that you came straight to us.
Our website also records the IP address and browser type that sent the form. We use them only to spot spam and repeat submissions.
Each submission is saved in three places, and only these three.
The first is our website’s own database. Only the people who run the site can see it.
The second is a private Google spreadsheet that our team uses to work leads. It is not public and it is not shared outside the people who work with us.
The third is an email alert to our team, so someone can call you back quickly. It contains what you typed into the form.
Google and our website host, WP Engine, process this information on our behalf as service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle it on their systems.
We use what you give us to call or email you back, to arrange your in-home visit, and to prepare a written price for you.
If you buy, we use your contact details to keep you posted while your spa is built, to schedule delivery, and to handle service afterward.
We may also use it to send you occasional information about our products or offers. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Both forms include a text message consent checkbox. It is unchecked when the page loads. Nothing gets checked for you.
Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not required to request a visit, to get a price, or to buy anything from us. You can leave the box unchecked and still use the form normally.
If you do check it, you agree to receive text messages from Francis Jordan Hot Tub Co. at the mobile number you gave us. That can include marketing messages and messages about your order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. That ends the messages. Reply HELP if you need assistance instead.
Whether you consent to texts is stored with your record, so we know what you agreed to and when. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and it does not affect anything you have ordered.
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run an advertising pixel. It does use two analytics tools, and it stores a few small values in your own browser.
Google Analytics. It counts visits and shows us which pages people read, where they came from, and whether they used a form. It sets cookies with names that start with _ga. Google may process this data on its own servers. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Microsoft Clarity. It shows us how people scroll, click and move through a page, so we can fix the parts that confuse people. It sets cookies with names that start with _clck and _clsk. Microsoft explains how it handles this data in its privacy statement.
We do not use either tool to show you ads, and we do not use them to find out who you are.
The site also keeps a few values in session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab. The Spa Match quiz keeps your answers there so they carry over to the booking page. The site keeps a note of how you first reached it there too, which is the detail described above.
You can clear or block all of these at any time through your browser settings. The site still works normally if you do.
We keep lead records for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to us.
If you buy from us, we keep your details for as long as we need them to honor warranty and service on your spa.
If you ask us to delete your information, we do it, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
To make a request, use the form on our booking page and write privacy request in the notes box. Give us the name, phone number or email address you originally used, so we can find your record.
We will act on your request and confirm back to you. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This site is meant for adults shopping for a hot tub or swim spa. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has submitted a form here, contact us and we will remove the record.
Submissions travel to us over an encrypted connection. The website database, spreadsheet and email inboxes that hold them are limited to our own team and the people who run this site for us.
No system is perfect, and we are not going to claim ours is. Please do not send bank details, card numbers or a social security number through a form on this site. We will never ask for them that way.
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
If a change is significant, we will say what changed rather than quietly editing the wording.
