Why we exist
Let us be straight with you. Francis Jordan is a young company with no long history behind it.
The people in it are a different story. Between us we have decades in the hot tub industry, in sales, in delivery and in service.
We watched customers spend serious money and then sit in the dark for weeks. We watched crews leave a spa in a driveway and drive off. We got tired of it.
So we built a company where the communication, the delivery and the service are the product. Everything on this site comes back to those three things.
The crew at your gate
Our delivery lead has been setting hot tubs into Phoenix backyards for 38 years.
He is calm, quiet and exact. A tight gate or a block wall is just another morning for him.
Here is the part that says the most. Years later, our people would visit those same homes for service. Customers still asked after him by name.
He had been at their house once, for about two hours, a decade earlier. That is the standard we hold every delivery to now.
He also leaves it finished. Steps, a cover lifter and a chemical start up kit come with every spa we sell.
How we work
None of this is clever. It is just how we believe people should be treated.
Call us and a person picks up. You will not sit in a queue or leave a message that goes nowhere. If we miss you, we call you back.
You hear from us every week from the day you order. You get a photo of your spa in your colors on the production line, and a note on what we need from you next.
Everyone makes mistakes. We would rather hear about ours early than have you live with one. We say sorry, then we fix it. Almost nothing in this business cannot be fixed.
Why it matters to us
Families used to eat together at six o'clock. Most households cannot do that anymore.
But people still get in the water together, and they stay in for an hour. Phones go inside. Everyone talks.
We have watched kids grow up around a backyard spa and carry those nights with them for life.
That is the real reason we sell these. The sore back and the better sleep are a bonus.

We give a donation to charity from every major purchase we deliver.
Each year we choose two causes to support. We will share who they are once those arrangements are confirmed.
We are a mobile business with no showroom to drive to. We bring the choosing to your house instead.
Do not see your city? Ask anyway. We travel further than most, and the drive is ours to worry about.
Judge us on things you can actually check. The people here have spent their careers in hot tubs. The warranty is the manufacturer's, in writing. Service is done by our own staff, not a subcontractor. And you can call and talk to us before you spend a cent.
Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We would rather earn them the slow way than post something we wrote ourselves.
There is nothing to see there. We do not keep a display floor. We bring the models, colors and specifications to your home, where the spa is actually going to live.

Yes. We travel from Surprise and Peoria out to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Florence. If you are in metro Phoenix, we will come to you.
