Smaller hot tubs suit most Grand yards. One model runs on a standard household outlet, which avoids an electrical job altogether.
Sun City Grand sits inside Surprise and was built decades after the original Sun City. The houses are newer, and so are the yards behind them.
That usually means a proper block wall, a side gate that was built to a modern width, and a patio slab already in place. All three make a delivery day simpler.
Yards here are tidy rather than large. A three or six person hot tub fits comfortably in most of them, and a full length swim spa usually does not.
We measure the gate, the side run and the patio, and we look at where the power would come from. Those four things decide what is possible.

On the day, our crew sets the spa, connects it, fills it and starts it up. Sun City Grand hot tubs are fully operational before we go, and we stay to walk you through it at whatever pace suits you.
Yes. One five person model runs on a standard household outlet, so there is no 220 volt circuit to install. It is the simplest way into a spa if your patio has no dedicated power.
Yes. Jets can be turned down or shut off individually, and seats vary in how firmly they are jetted. We go through that with you during the visit rather than guessing.
Our own technicians handle it. We do not pass our customers to a subcontractor, and you call us rather than a hotline in another state.
The manufacturer covers the shell structure for fifteen years against leaks through the shell. Components and labor are covered for three years, plumbing for three, and other parts for one.
We cover the whole west side, including the other Sun Cities.
