The hardest part of buying a spa is usually the wiring. A 220 volt circuit means a second trade and a second appointment.
Our five person model runs on a standard household outlet instead. It goes on the patio, plugs in, and works.
That is not right for everyone, and it is not the only option. We bring both kinds of hot tubs to Sun City Festival so you can compare at home.
Festival is the youngest of the four Sun Cities and sits well west of the others. Open desert starts not far past the last street.
Sun City Festival hot tubs go into the newest yards of any Sun City. Slabs are already poured behind most homes and the walls are solid.
Yards here are neat rather than large. A three or five person spa suits them, and a shorter model keeps the rest of the patio usable.
Hot tubs seat three to nine people. The smaller ones fit these yards best, and one of them plugs into a household outlet.
How easily you get in and out matters as much as the jets. Seat depth and step height differ by model, and you can see that in person.
Most Sun City Festival hot tubs go straight down the side of the house. We measure that run, the gate and the patio during the visit.
On the day our crew places it, fills it and starts the heater. They stay until you are comfortable working the controls yourself.
Not on a showroom floor, because there is not one. What we can do is bring the model details, the seat layouts and the water capacity to your house and answer anything you want to ask.
No. You get a written price to keep, and it is normal to talk it over for a week or two. Nobody calls you every day about it.
Usually. The range starts at three people and goes to nine, and most couples out here are happy with a three or five person model. A smaller spa also leaves you more patio.
Very little at the start. Valet service looks after your water for the first three months, and by the end of that you will know how to keep it right yourself.
