What you usually get
Plenty of companies stop at the driveway. Hot tub installation in Phoenix should mean the spa is set, connected, filled and fully operational before anyone leaves.
Moving a spa that size through a side gate is not a two person job. People end up hiring help they never budgeted for.
Even most local dealers stop halfway. They place the tub, fit the steps and the lifter, and drive away.
You are then left to find an electrician, fill it, work out the chemicals and figure the controls out from a manual.
What comes with it
Every spa we sell arrives properly outfitted. Steps, a cover lifter and a chemical start up kit are part of it.
Those are not add ons on a quote. A spa without steps is hard to get into, and a cover without a lifter is heavy.
So we do not price them separately or leave you to sort them out later. You get a spa you can use on day one.
Delivery day
One visit. They arrive with everything needed and they finish the job in front of you.
The spa is unwrapped in your yard, not in the street. Our crew moves it into position on your pad and levels it.
Steps, a cover lifter and your chemical start up kit go on while they are there. Nothing is left in a box for you.
Our crew makes the final electrical connection to the circuit you had run. Then they power it up and test it.
They fill the spa with water and add the startup chemicals. It is heating before they pull out of your street.
Last comes the orientation. How to operate it, how to look after the water, and the safety points that matter with kids around.
Your name on it
Every spa we deliver gets a small engraved plate fixed to the cabinet.
It says the spa was custom made for you, and it carries your name.
It is a little thing. But your spa really was built to order, in the colors you picked, after you signed.
We think the finished product should say so.
The first three months
Water care is the part new owners worry about most. So we take it off you at the start.
Premier valet service is included for your first three months, at no extra cost.
We look after your water while you get used to the spa. We also check the product is performing the way it should.
By the time it hands over to you, you have watched it done properly several times.
Service after the sale
Any spa can need attention one day. When it does, our own technicians handle it, not a subcontractor we found that week.
When yours does, our own service team comes out. We do not hand your spa to a third party.
The reason is plain self interest. Our reputation is the whole business, and we are not putting it in someone else's hands.
We are local, so a service call brings one of our own trucks to your driveway.
Two jobs have to be finished first. The pad has to be in, and the electrical run has to be complete.
We tell you exactly what is needed at your in-home visit, and we remind you every week by email.
Get those done early and your delivery date holds. That is the single biggest thing you control.
Delivery, setup, the final electrical connection, the fill and the startup chemicals are part of what we do. Everything is laid out in writing at your visit.
We check that before you order, not on delivery day. Our crew looks at your gate, walls and overhead lines during the in-home visit.
Then we look at craning it over. It happens more often than you would think, and our crew will tell you straight if a model is not workable.
Yes please. The orientation at the end is the point, and it is much easier to do with the person who will be using the spa.
Usually a couple of hours on site, plus filling and heating time. Our crew will give you a window when they schedule you.
Us. Our own service team handles our own customers, so you are not chasing a manufacturer hotline or a subcontractor.
