Showrooms are expensive to run, and that overhead gets built into the price of every spa on the floor. We do not carry it, so we do not have to charge for it. That saving goes to you. You also get our full attention at your own kitchen table, instead of competing with everyone else on a sales floor.
There is nothing to see there. We do not keep a display floor. We bring the models, colors and specifications to your home, where the spa is actually going to live.
Judge us on things you can actually check. The people here have spent their careers in hot tubs. The warranty is the manufacturer's, in writing. Service is done by our own staff, not a subcontractor. And you can call and talk to us before you spend a cent.
Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We would rather earn them the slow way than post something we wrote ourselves.
Every spa is built to order, so the price depends on the model, the colors and the options. We bring you a written price at your visit, and there is no obligation attached to it.
Garden Leisure hot tubs and swim spas. It is a well built line that has mostly been sold through pool builders, so most people have not heard the name yet.
Most people have not, and that is fair. It is built in the United States and it has been sold for years, mostly through pool builders rather than as its own brand. Look at the specifications and the warranty next to any name you do know.
Yes. Jets push a current toward you and you swim against it, so you stay in place. It is closer to a treadmill than a lap pool, and you can adjust how hard it pushes.
You set the temperature. Most people keep a swim spa cooler than a hot tub so it is comfortable to exercise in. The 19 foot model has a separate spa end you can keep hot.
It is a real conversation about your yard and your family. We will tell you if a spa is a bad fit, or if you should wait. We are not paid to talk you into one.
One of our own salespeople. Not a subcontractor, and not a door knocker. Everyone on our team has spent years in this industry, and they work for us, so how they treat you is on us.
Of course. Most of the visit happens in your backyard anyway, because that is where the spa is going. If you would rather we never come indoors, just say so when you book and we will keep it to the yard.
Please do. Bring your spouse, an adult child, a neighbor, whoever helps you think clearly. We would rather everyone who has a say is there once than repeat ourselves later.
About an hour for most people. Shorter if you already know what you want. Longer if you want to work through every model and every option.
No. You get your written figures to keep, and you can take as long as you need. Nothing expires the moment we walk out the door.
Just the spot you have in mind, and a rough idea of who will be using it. It helps if the person who shares the decision is home too.
No. The visit is free and there is no obligation attached to it. If you decide a spa is not for you, that is a fine outcome.
That is common, and it is a good reason to have us out early. We will tell you what pad and what electrical you need, so you can plan the work.
About six to seven weeks. Four to six of those weeks are production. The rest covers the factory order, shipping and scheduling your delivery.
Because you choose the model and the colors. Nobody is trying to talk you into whatever happens to be in a warehouse.
A little. Orders go to the factory once a week, so signing earlier in the week can save you several days. Having your pad and electrical done early protects the delivery date.
About six to seven weeks from the day you order. Your spa is built after you order it, in the model and colors you chose.
Delivery, setup, the final electrical connection, the fill and the startup chemicals are part of what we do. Everything is laid out in writing at your visit.
We check that before you order, not on delivery day. Our crew looks at your gate, walls and overhead lines during the in-home visit.
Then we look at craning it over. It happens more often than you would think, and our crew will tell you straight if a model is not workable.

We will tell you that at the visit rather than after you have paid. Sometimes a smaller model solves it, and sometimes the honest answer is no.
For most models, yes. They run on a 220 volt, 60 amp circuit that has to be installed before we deliver. One plug and play model runs on a standard outlet instead.
A level pad, usually concrete, and the electrical run to where the tub will sit. We will tell you exactly what to arrange on our visit, and we will remind you as your delivery date gets close.
Yes please. The orientation at the end is the point, and it is much easier to do with the person who will be using the spa.
Usually a couple of hours on site, plus filling and heating time. Our crew will give you a window when they schedule you.
Our own crew. They unwrap it in your yard and set it in place. They fit the accessories and make the final electrical connection. Then they fill it, start it, and add the first chemicals. Nobody leaves until you know how to run it.
No. Fifteen years is the shell structure layer on a hot tub. The other layers are shorter, so we always name the layer along with the number.
It covers the shell staying sound and holding water, including loss of water through the fiberglass laminate caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
Labor sits in the same layer as components. That is three years on a hot tub and five years on a swim spa.
That is how the manufacturer writes the terms. Swim spas carry twenty years on shell structure and five years on components and plumbing.
No. The warranty belongs to the manufacturer and a dealer cannot change or extend it. We give you the full printed terms instead.
A warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental damage, misuse and neglected water care are not defects, so they fall outside it.
Keep your purchase paperwork and your printed warranty terms. If the manufacturer needs the spa registered, our crew will walk you through it at delivery.
Our own service team. You call us and we come out. We are not handing your spa to a third party contractor.
Premier valet service is included for the first three months, so your water is looked after while you learn the spa. After that our own service team stays your point of contact.

It depends on the size, your target temperature and your rates. Every model comes insulated with a fitted cover. We will talk through realistic running costs at your visit.
Yes. We travel from Surprise and Peoria out to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Florence. If you are in metro Phoenix, we will come to you.
